This TuneReveal.com privacy policy is effective August 29, 2026. It describes the launch version of tunereveal.com operated by TuneReveal.com, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It covers the public static pages, deterministic browser tools, and messages voluntarily sent to support@tunereveal.com.
This notice explains current behavior and is not legal advice. If the service later adds an account, upload, remote API, analytics service, advertising system, database, payment feature, or persistent browser storage, this page will describe the new behavior and any relevant choices before it becomes available.
Tool inputs stay in the active page
TuneReveal.com does not transmit the values you type into the song observation workbench or calculators. Labels, BPM values, keys, meter selections, frequencies, chord text, confidence choices, and listening notes are processed by code running in your browser. The current tools hold them only in memory for the active page.
The tools do not write those values to cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, a service-worker data store, a remote database, or an analytics event. Resetting a tool clears its state. Refreshing, closing, or navigating away from the page may also remove the information. Copy anything you want to keep into a location you control before leaving.
Because TuneReveal.com never receives local tool entries, it cannot retrieve, export, correct, or restore them. This is a privacy benefit and an intentional limitation.
No media collection or remote analysis
The site provides no audio upload, video upload, URL fetching, microphone access, media download, streaming-service connection, or automatic song-analysis endpoint. It cannot receive a recording through a calculator field. Do not email media to support as a workaround.
Text you paste into the transposer is processed locally and is limited to the supported note and chord syntax described on that page. Unrecognized tokens remain visible or are flagged according to the page’s stated validation rules; they are not sent elsewhere for interpretation.
Hosting request data
TuneReveal.com uses Vercel to deliver static files over HTTPS. Like an internet hosting provider, Vercel necessarily processes technical request information so a page can reach your device. That may include an IP address, date and time, requested URL, user-agent information, network diagnostics, and security signals under Vercel’s own service terms and privacy practices.
TuneReveal.com does not add an application analytics vendor, behavioral tracking script, advertising pixel, or custom tool-input log. Visitors can inspect browser storage and network requests if they want to check the site’s behavior directly. Infrastructure processing is not used to build a music-interest profile or connect a tool value with an identifiable visitor.
Cookies and browser storage
The launch application intentionally sets no cookies and uses no persistent browser storage. Its separate cookie policy explains the distinction between cookies, ordinary browser cache, and in-memory interface state. Browser or network software outside TuneReveal.com’s control may keep history, cached static assets, screenshots, autofill entries, or extensions’ records according to your settings.
You do not need to accept a cookie banner to use the tools because there are no site cookies to accept. If a host-set cookie is observed, the behavior will be removed or this policy and any necessary consent choice will be updated before that cookie is used.
Support correspondence
If you email support@tunereveal.com, you voluntarily provide your email address, message headers, message content, and any attachment you choose to include. Email providers process that data to deliver and protect the correspondence. TuneReveal.com may retain a message for long enough to answer, document a correction, handle security, establish rights, comply with law, or resolve a dispute.
Send the minimum information needed. Do not include recordings, passwords, payment details, identity documents, children’s data, health data, confidential client work, or somebody else’s personal information. Support correspondence is not connected to anonymous local tool state.
Age boundary
The service is intended for people age 16 or older. TuneReveal.com does not knowingly offer accounts or collect profiles from children, and the launch tools request no date of birth. If a parent or guardian believes a person under 16 sent personal information by email, contact support with enough detail to locate the correspondence.
Disclosure and sale
TuneReveal.com does not sell or rent local tool inputs because it never receives them. It does not run targeted advertising or share calculator values with analytics vendors. Support correspondence or limited infrastructure information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to providers that deliver the service, to protect people and systems, to investigate misuse, to exercise legal rights, or to comply with a valid legal obligation.
No policy can promise secrecy against every lawful demand or security incident. The data-minimization design reduces exposure by avoiding collection in the first place.
Your choices and requests
You can avoid supplying personal information by using the tools without emailing. You can clear a page with its reset control and manage browser history or cache through your own browser. For correspondence that TuneReveal.com may hold, contact support@tunereveal.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable rights depend on your location and legal exceptions.
To protect against unauthorized disclosure, a request may require verification through the email address involved. Some records may be kept where necessary for security, legal compliance, or dispute handling. TuneReveal.com cannot act on data held only by your browser or directly by a separate provider.
Worked privacy example
You enter “Chorus notes,” 104 BPM, C minor, 4/4, and a comment about a possible modulation. The browser calculates timing and related-key references. You reset the page. No copy is available to the operator, and support cannot recover it.
If you then email, “The seconds-per-bar label was confusing on the chorus example,” that message and your address become support correspondence. The tool card does not accompany it unless you deliberately reproduce it. The two data paths are separate.
Frequently asked questions
Does the site know which song I am studying?
Not from tool use. There is no remote tool event or account. A title becomes known only if you voluntarily include it in an email.
Are calculator values placed in URLs?
No tool sends an event payload or remote request containing user input. Tool state is not placed in a query string for later retrieval.
Is ordinary browser caching persistent storage by TuneReveal.com?
No. A browser may cache public static assets for performance, but the application does not intentionally store your private fields there.

Policy changes
Material changes will receive a new effective date and an explanation of the visible behavior. The site will not describe a tool as local if it begins sending input for remote processing. Check this page when the site’s capabilities change.
